Announced this morning: Emmaneulle Alt, longtime rédactrice en chef mode at Paris Vogue and Carine Roitfeld’s front-row companion, will take the reins of the French glossy beginning February 1, 2011. Condé Nast France president Xavier Romatet made the announcement on Vogue.fr; Alt calls the appointment an “honor” and “a great pleasure.” She’ll continue to work alongside Olivier Lalanne, Paris Vogue’s rédacteur en chef adjoint, whose duties will be enlarged in scope; Lalanne will continue to edit Vogue Hommes International independently.
Thank you : style
